This new web feature offers fans an opportunity to learn about healthy living, while also getting an understanding of how physical fitness is important to the success of Miami HEAT players and the Miami HEAT organization.
The section will also include monthly updates with Coach Spo’s healthy meal favorites and selections along with workout tips. His first installment involves healthy breakfasts — here are two of his favorite ways to start out the day:
Scrambled Eggs and Turkey Bacon
